Around these parts, we really love us some Times New Viking. They've got a new album coming out which happens to feature the song "No Time, No Hope," which we let you hear last month. TNV's Matador homies were on hand to record the trio banging around backstage at this year's Pitchfork Music Festival, where they played this sorta-acoustic version of the track.

New Times New Viking - No Time, No Hope
Times New Viking has always been a favorite of mine since I stumbled upon their brilliant 2nd LP Times New Viking Presents the Paisley Reich, and since then they've only grown across a pair of consistently stunning pop records.
Our good friends at the Matablog have posted the first song from TNV's upcoming Born Again Revisted LP, which, if "No Time, No Hope" is any indication, provides hope that the songs will continue their steady--if subtle--emergence from the shit on which they gaze.
