new music: taterbug

The (Savage Young) Taterbug's MySpace has some pretty fascinating stuff to say about his music. And if that one quote is accurate than it's a pretty strong endorsement. If the homie Daniel Johnston had never crawled out of that lysergic hole and remained forever in his parent's basement, he may have created something like the self-styled "creaky karaoke" found on Boys of the Feather. It all makes sense. Lots of wild mushrooms in Iowa.
